Solution/explosion-proof solution
The explosion-proof material is a network-structured polyurethane foam with a pentagon and dodecahedron shape. Characterized by high tearing strength, anti-mildew, high flexibility and excellence in suppressing fire and explosion the material can be widely applied on fuel tank, fuel truck and oil-storage infrastructure.
How the Network-Structured PU Foam suppresses explosion:
- Well suppress fire-spreading, lower down the temperature around the fire, decrease press-wave produced by combustion and avoid disasters caused by overpressure
- Prevent generation and accumulation of static electricity
- Improve fuel's chemical stability thus prolonging storage-time
- Minimize the possibility of explosion by transforming gas-state fuel into oil film attached on network material
