To tailor armors for human body’s complicate curves, the candidate ceramics must be made with different curves and shapes accordingly. We have much experience in developing and manufacturing ceramics in different pattern (flat, single-curved and multi-curved ect.) and in various shapes (ball, square, rectangular, triangular, hexagonal, to name a few) for various positions including neck, chest, hip and crotch. Also, various grades of ceramics are available for low weight requirements against budgets.

We have moved our factory from Changsha Hunan Province to Quzhou Zhejiang Province. Our new production base at No. 46 Tongzhou Rd. Longyou Industrial Park Quzhou Zhejiang Province 324400 PRC, which occupies a land of 30,000 sqm including 20,000 sqm for workshop has been finished and will officially take effect since Aug. 31 2017. Thanks to the relocation and expansion, our capacity will be quadrupled to 2000 tons of ceramics sinters and 2500 tons of ceramic powders annually. In the near future, we will mainly manufacture SiC, B4C and SiC+B4C hybrid for such fields as ballistics and construction machinery.

The combination of excellent bullet-resisting performance, weight save and cost-friendliness has always been the ultimate in manufacturing ballistic protection solutions especially body protection. To meet the fierce challenge, we have developed a composite of silicon carbide and boron carbide—BCS50® which bears physical properties like hardness, toughness and density close to boron carbide but at much lower costs.
What’s more importantly, we have solved a variety of technical obstacles and succeeded in manufacturing such difficult parts as 10x12”multicurve monolithic plates in this material.
